The application on the prescribed form appended to the prospectus should be submitted in the school office as per the information and instructions contained therein.

In case of withdrawal of student within one month notice should be given in written by the parents or the guardians.

No school leaving certificate will be issued unless all dues to the school are paid in full and library books etc. returned.

Student can be dismissed by the school authorities on any one of the following grounds:

• [a] Irregularity in attendance
• [b] Moral breach considered serious by the school management.
• [c] Non-Payment of fees or chronic irregularity in payment of fees.

Admission fee will not be refunded after one month of the admission.

Information Regarding Fees:

• 1. To bring fee card is must to submit school fee.
• 2. After submitting the fees in school office please remember to take the fees receipt and submit the fees card in school office. The fees card will be distributed to the students by the class teacher in the last week of each month.
• 3. After getting the receipt student should make the proper entry of fees details in the student daily diary.
• 4. Fees should be submitted before 15th of each month or as directed by the school. After this date a fine of Rs. 50/- will be imposed.
• 5. Admission fee will not be refunded after one month of the admission.
• 6. Fee of last two or three months have to be submitted in the month of February and March.
• 7. If the school fee card is lost a fine of Rs 50/- will be charged and a new card will be issued from office.
• 8. Rebate in tuition fee will be given only to those students who are extra ordinary in academic and whose financial background is very weak.
• 9. Any type of donations or support by the parents/guardians for the welfare of school will be welcomed.
